On August 18, 2023, Pacific Travel Partners, a subsidiary of Aurora Expeditions, acquired the business and operating assets of Vantage Deluxe Travel through a competitive bidding process that was supervised and approved by the United States Bankruptcy Court.

Included in the assets acquired is certain personally identifiable information of former customers of Vantage Deluxe Travel, including names and contact information, which had been collected by Vantage Deluxe Travel in the course of offering its travel products prior to its sale.  Please note that Pacific Travel Partners has not acquired any credit card numbers, ACH or bank account information or passport numbers of Vantage Deluxe Travel’s former customers.  Going forward Pacific Travel Partners will honor Vantage Deluxe Travel’s policy with regard to customers’ personal information collected prior to the company’s closing, and will also make the customer information subject to Aurora Expeditions’ more customer friendly privacy policy, which can be found here.

Former customers of Vantage Deluxe Travel may wish to ‘opt-out’ of future marketing communications issued by Pacific Travel Partners in connection with operating the travel business, and can do so by emailing [email protected]. Please note that by opting out, customers will forfeit the right to apply a Future Credit on account of a postponed trip.
